By placing an order, you, the customer (“you”, “your”), agree to these Conditions of Sale. If you don’t agree, please refrain from using our Platform.

Your offer to purchase becomes binding only when we send you an order confirmation email. Until then, all prices, availability, and promotions are subject to change or withdrawal.

All prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive of applicable VAT or sales tax. Payment must be made in the currency shown (typically AED), via secure methods available at checkout. Full payment is required before your order is confirmed.

We process all payments through N-Genius Online by Network International, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. Your card details are entered on a secure hosted payment page and protected with 3D Secure authentication. We do not store your complete card information on our servers.

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping to the countries available at checkout during the order process. Estimated delivery times: International 7-14 business days, UAE 3-5 business days. Delivery times are estimates; unexpected delays (e.g. customs or courier disruptions) may occur.

We will require a handwritten or electronic signature by you, or by a person at the nominated delivery address (unless arranged otherwise by you), to confirm delivery of each product. At this point, risk and responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

If you specify a recipient other than yourself for delivery (for example, as a gift), you agree that evidence of a signature by such recipient (or any person at the delivery address) shall constitute evidence of delivery and fulfillment of the sales contract by Verbesa. Responsibility for the product transfers to the recipient as if it had been delivered directly to you.

Verbesa reserves the right to deliver products only to the person named as the intended recipient of the order on the parcel label and may request an ID check for verification purposes at the time of delivery, especially for certain categories of products.

If delivery of products in stock fails or is significantly delayed due to reasons beyond our control, we’ll notify you promptly. If we cannot deliver such products within 30 days from confirmation, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund of any pre-paid amounts.

• Cancellations: Once ordered, changes or cancellations cannot be made, as we aim to dispatch quickly.
• Returns: Returns are accepted only for deliveries within the U.A.E. and must be requested within 5 days of completed delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all security tags intact, original packaging, and proof of purchase.
• Exclusions: Customized, personalized, or made-to-order designs are non-refundable and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
• All returned items will be inspected. If they fail to meet return conditions, we may refuse the return or adjust the refund accordingly.
• Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card via Network International). Please allow 5 to 15 business days for funds to reflect in your account. For full details, see our Refund and Return Policy.

Although Verbesa operates exclusively online, from time to time we may offer private appointments by advance arrangement in select locations across the U.A.E., Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Bahrain. These appointments are exceptional, at our discretion, and scheduled with prior notice. Availability is limited.

We strive for accuracy in product details (e.g., material, color, dimensions). Slight variations may occur due to photography, display settings, or artistic design.

Our entire liability, legal or otherwise, for any order, is capped at the purchase price of the product, unless prohibited by UAE consumer law. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, transport disruption, legal restrictions).

These Conditions are governed by U.A.E. law. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Dubai, unless your local consumer protection laws guarantee more favorable rights.

These Conditions, plus our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, form the complete agreement. If any provision is invalid under UAE law, the rest remains enforceable.
