Important: Due to the exclusive nature of our creations, our standard return policy is limited by geography and time.

• U.A.E. Orders: We accept returns for orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates. You must request a return within 5 days of the completed delivery date.
• International Orders: Currently, international sales (outside the U.A.E.) are generally considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. (Note: If you plan to accept international returns in the future to comply with EU/UK laws, please update this section to “14 days for International Orders”. For now, this reflects your current Conditions of Sale).

Condition of Items:
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:

• Unused and Unworn: In pristine, original condition with no scratches or signs of wear.
• Security Tags Intact: All security tags must be attached and unbroken. If the tag is removed, the return will be refused.
• Original Packaging: Returned with the original jewelry box, certificates of authenticity (GIA/IGI reports), and receipt.

The following items are strictly non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Customized & Personalized Jewelry: Any item made to your specific requirements, including engravings or bespoke designs.
• Made-to-Order: Items that were specially produced for you upon request.
• Modified Items: Jewelry that has been resized or altered by a third-party jeweler.

1. Contact Us: Email us strictly within the return period at info@verbesa.com with your Order Number and reason for the return.
2. Authorization: We will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how to schedule the pickup (for U.A.E. clients).
3. Collection: We will arrange for our secure courier partner to collect the package from you.
   • Note: For international returns (if applicable/approved exceptionally), the customer is responsible for shipping costs and insurance.

Once your return is received at our Dubai facility:

1. Inspection: Our gemologists will rigorously inspect the item to verify its authenticity and condition. This process usually takes 2-3 business days.
2. Approval: If the item meets all conditions, we will approve the refund.
3. Refund Processing:
   • Refunds are processed strictly to the Original Method of Payment used at checkout (Credit/Debit Card via Network International). We cannot refund to a different card or via cash.
   • Timeline: Please allow 5 to 15 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account, depending on your card issuer’s processing time.
   • Deductions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refusal of Return:
If the item fails inspection (e.g., tags removed, damaged, or worn), we reserve the right to refuse the return. The item will be sent back to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery).

• Email photos of the issue to info@verbesa.com.
• We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, for valid claims.

• Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped or entered the production phase (for custom orders).
• After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. It must be treated as a Return (subject to the eligibility rules above).
• Custom Orders: Cannot be cancelled once production has started.
